Shipping policy
BlueVitality is operated by Building Brokers WA Pty Ltd (ABN 63 647 089 263), trading as BlueVitality. Orders are dispatched from Australia.
Delivery destinations and charges
Available delivery options and any shipping charges are shown at checkout for the delivery address you enter, before you pay. If checkout does not offer delivery to your address, please contact hello@bluevitality.com.au before placing an order.
Dispatch and delivery timing
Any dispatch or delivery estimates provided with your purchase are estimates unless expressly stated to be guaranteed. We will fulfil accepted orders within the agreed period or, where no period is agreed, within a reasonable time. If your order is needed by a particular date, please contact us before ordering to check whether that date can be met.
If we become aware of a delay, we will advise you of the reason, the revised expected timing where known and the available options. Delivery estimates and carrier delays do not remove your statutory rights.
Order details and tracking
Please check your delivery address and contact details before ordering. If you notice an error, email us promptly. We will explain whether a correction is possible and obtain your agreement to any additional delivery cost before arranging it. Tracking information will be provided where available.
Missing damaged or incorrect deliveries
If an order has not arrived, is damaged or contains the wrong goods, contact hello@bluevitality.com.au with your order number and details of the issue. Include photographs where available and useful. We will investigate and arrange the remedy required by the circumstances and applicable law. You do not have to resolve the issue solely with the carrier.
If we cannot supply your order, we will refund payments for the unfulfilled goods and associated delivery charges. For returns, see our Returns and Refunds Policy. Nothing in this policy limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
